LM&AC Signature Holiday Rentals grew out of Leonel Morais & Ana Carla – Consultoria e Gestão de Imóveis, Lda., a family-run business specialising in the property sector and luxury property investments. It was through this work that we identified the need to expand our services in order to maximise the return on our clients’ investments.
Our luxury holiday accommodation project stands out for its uniqueness, professionalism and excellence in service provision. Our main objective is to provide comfort, well-being and a memorable experience for all guests.
To this end, we offer a 24-hour support service, ensuring we are always available to respond to any queries or requests that may arise during your stay.

Leonel Morais
Leonel Morais, a former professional footballer, is passionate about the sea, the sun, and the lifestyle that Madeira has to offer. He particularly enjoys meeting people and welcoming guests from all over the world, sharing the hospitality and authenticity of our island.
Ana Carla
Ana Carla da Venda has a lifelong passion for real estate, interior design, and decoration. With a keen eye for detail, she is dedicated to creating comfortable, welcoming spaces full of character, ensuring that every guest truly feels at home.

Madeira Island
Madeira Island is a safe and welcoming destination, renowned for its stunning landscapes and mild climate throughout the year. Home to the UNESCO World Heritage Laurisilva Forest, as well as its famous levadas, natural pools, beaches, and breathtaking viewpoints, the island offers unforgettable experiences in close contact with nature. With pleasant temperatures all year round, ranging from approximately 17°C in winter to 27°C in summer, Madeira provides ideal conditions for hiking, outdoor activities, and relaxing by the sea.

Respect for the Neighbours
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, guests are kindly asked to respect the quiet hours established by law, particularly during the night. Please avoid any behaviour that may disturb nearby residents. Should repeated disturbances occur, the relevant authorities may be contacted to restore peace and order. Any consequences arising from failure to comply with these rules shall be the sole responsibility of the guest, in accordance with Portuguese law, including the provisions of Decree-Law No. 9/2007.

House Rules
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and residents, we kindly ask that the following rules be respected: Walking around the common areas wearing only swimwear is not permitted. Parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed without prior authorisation. Smoking inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited and may result in additional cleaning charges. Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. Savoy Residence Monumentalis Ocean View also reserves the right to refuse or terminate the stay of guests whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, disruptive, or detrimental to the well-being of other residents.
